The latest gem? GameStation.
The Project
GameStation is a launchpad and marketplace for play-to-earn games that finally brings equality back to game development. This new platform takes power back from the publishing companies and returns it to the creators. It connects game developers with gamers to help build incredible community-driven products and put creative control in the right hands. GameStation removes all barriers to entry, giving creators and players the power to develop games people will love.
Current Problem
The conventional model for game development is broken. Games take a long time and millions of dollars to develop. Corporate publishing companies control the entire process, hijack intellectual property (IP), and add features or changes nobody wants. The industry leaves developers with little to show for their efforts, and gamers frustrated with the final product.
A particularly pernicious example of these problems is the rise of the “Pay-to-Win” model. Pay-to-Win games take advantage of players willing to spend more money by allowing them to buy their way to the front of the line. While others are grinding it out and putting time into a game, the Pay-to-Win people just open their wallets and instantly skip ahead of those who don’t. So not only do you have to invest your time, but also your money, if you want to stand a chance of winning.
The companies also arbitrarily change characters and gameplay on a whim. These backdoor changes, made without feedback from the gaming community, can suck the life and joy out of games. For example, Vitalik Buterin famously quit World of Warcraft after the developers at Blizzard weakened his Warlock character’s magic.
Fortunately for us, he went on to co-found Ethereum, but that’s not what usually happens.
The GameFi Solution
A growing new movement called GameFi combines gaming and decentralized finance (DeFi) to form the backbone of the Play-to-Earn (P2E) gaming ecosystem. These independent blockchain-based P2E games disrupt the old models and shift the balance of power back to the people.
GameStation can see the writing on the wall and is working as an agent for positive change by creating a multi-chain GameFi incubator, marketplace, and launchpad platform for independent P2E games. They are helping to develop new projects with the gaming community at the center, enabling developers and gamers to work together from idea to product, ensuring a gaming experience people will enjoy.
GameStation is driving GameFi forward with gamified participation and fundraising, an incorporated marketplace, and a community focus. The native token, $GAMER, powers the platform and opens access to private sales, trading, and creating and participating in community events.

Multi-Chain
- The team is initially building on the Polygon network to provide a fast, low-fee, friendly experience for all involved, and to make things easy and turnkey. The platform will eventually work across Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Polkadot, and Binance Smart Chain.
NFT Marketplace
- The incorporated marketplace will allow gamers to buy, sell, share, and exchange NFT gaming assets with a financial value.
P2E Launchpad and Incubator
- GameStation is using blockchain to create a tokenized events launchpad for financing game development.
Gamified Rewards
- The team is bringing gamified airdrops and token rewards, including auto token staking and burns.
Incentives
- The team at Gamestation knows a game is only as good as its players. So, they will be using economic incentives to help increase engagement with the community.
Due Diligence
- Before releasing a game to the community, the team vets every project idea to ensure no vaporware or scams sneak in and run off with people’s money.
